By placing an order with SMMODELS, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We use Australia Post for all our shipments. We have found them to be reliable and have had very few problems in over 10 years with lost shipments. For shipments valued at over $100.00 AUD we will automatically send "Receipted Post" and for shipments over $150.00 AUD "Registered Post" It is at your discretion to have the shipment sent at a minium "Receipted Post" if it is valued under $100.00 AUD. If you do not request this at time of order, we may not accept responsibility for any lost articles. (cost of Receipted Post is additional $1.50 on top of shipping cost, Registered Post is $2.50) Damaged in transit articles must be taken up directly with Australia Post. Also some Credit Card suppliers provide insurance for this type of problem.
For International Orders, we advise insurance be requested. If insurance is not requested, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Not all items listed on the site will be in stock at any one time. Please make it clear in your order NO BACKORDERS if you do not want to wait for re-stocks.
TAX
All item prices include Australia's 10% Goods and Services tax. If you are ordering from oversea's, this tax will not apply.
PRICING
The price listed on the site, is based on the last Wholesale price supplied to us. We will honour this price if the item is in stock but reserve the right at anytime to vary this price, if the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered and the Wholesale price as risen.
